Currently LaPosh does not offer refunds or exchanges. In good faith we will provide all products ordered by customers. "Exception" In the event that an item was ordered that was out of stock prior to LaPosh updating its website, LaPosh will then issue a full refund and or give the customer the option to keep the product until product is available for processing.
