We will process your received order within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders will be shipped via postal carrier and are expected to be delivered within 7 to 15 business days after processing. Please allow additional time for holidays and inclement weather. Upon receipt, the customer has up to 24 hours to report any damaged product received by us. LaPosh will make every effort to resolve damaged products. We are not responsible for any prescription discrepancies from your eye doctor, please consult your eye doctor to be certain that your prescription is accurate. We make no guarantees to replace damaged products due to shipping. Prior to shipping the product to the consumer, a picture of the product will be taken. If Laposh at its own discretion acts to replace the product, the consumer must return the original product with packaging back to LaPosh and is responsible for the shipping cost. It is understood that these terms do not imply refunds/ exchanges / warranties. LaPosh, accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and pay now buy later through its merchant provider as a form of payment via website. All sales are final and is non-refundable.
